All subscriptions are set up on a pre-pay basis. The Subscriber is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the Subscriber notifies Green Expectations, LLC for termination of services. Your subscription billing cycle (month, quarter etc.) corresponds to the contract length that was initially chosen at registration. Your subscription will automatically renew at this time. There are no fees to change to a shorter or longer billing cycle at the end of the current cycle. All taxes, fees and governmental charges relating to the Services provided hereunder (other than income taxes of Green Expectations, LLC) shall be paid by Customer.

.99 cents period

All users for a period of 3 months are presented with opportunity to pay only .99 cents monthly for our full services. After that period you as a seller have to decide if our website is working for you.

Terms & Conditions

Please read the following information prior to paying for Subscription. You must understand and agree with these terms in order to become a subscriber.

By signing up for this Terms and Conditions, you agree that your intention is to use our website for your own reasons, enabling you to determine whether a long-term relationship with Green Expectations, LLC is viable for you.

You will receive a reminder email prior to .99 cents trial period expiry, to give you the opportunity to continue as a full paying subscriber. Once the initial three months trial period is finished, and you have not sent to us (via email) your intention to close the trial account, your Paypal subscription will be automatically charged the least expensive subscription fee. You’ll be able to upgrade or delete your subscription at any time.

This trial does not apply to:

•   Existing subscribers (there is no need to test our services since you already have a subscription with us)

Subscribers who dishonestly take advantage of this trial by signing up for multiple subscriptions will be banned permanently.

Subscriptions

Any Subscriber who registers for the any Subscription is responsible for paying subscription fees. Subscribers who choose the Monthly or any other subscriptions will be automatically billed to their credit card at the end of each subscription period from the initial subscription date until the Subscriber cancels the subscription. Payment for a subscription must be made by automatic credit card debit or sending us a check (it will take 7 business days for check to be cashed). Subscribers can cancel listings online through Paypal facilities using their own Paypal account. To delete your subscription send a cancellation request via e-mail at least seven (7) business days prior to the cancellation date to admin@justclose.com, or call us at the number listed in Contact Us section of website. You must receive a confirmation from us by email. You can also cancel your listing online using Delete button on your Profile.

Cancellations

Green Expectations, LLC reserves the right to cancel service at any time. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and paid by Green Expectations, LLC.

All of Green Expectations, LLC’s subscriptions are backed by a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services or support within the first 30 days of your subscription, you will be issued a full refund of the subscription amount excluding Paypal and postage fees.  No refunds on partial months. All charges are calculated on a monthly basis, so there are no refunds for unused days. This policy does not apply to any additional services such as “Hot Properties” payments, your other financial arrangements with website assistants, etc. Due to security concerns, all account cancellations requests must be done via email toadmin@justclose.com. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of cancellation. To receive your refund, you must terminate this Agreement in the manner described in above and cease using the services.

Liability and Obligations on Cancellation

If the Agreement expires or is cancelled for any reason, Green Expectations, LLC is not liable to you because of the expiration or cancellation for compensation, reimbursement or damages on subscription of the loss of prospective profits, anticipated sales, or any other commitments in connection with your business, or for any other reason whatsoever flowing from the termination or expiration. If you terminate this Agreement, Green Expectations, LLC will not relieve you of any obligations to pay fees and costs accrued before the termination date or any other amounts you owe to Green Expectations, LLC under this Agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights

Material accessible to you through Green Expectations, LLC's services may be subject to protection under the United States or other copyright laws, or laws protecting trademarks, trade secrets or proprietary information. Except when expressly permitted by the owner of such rights, you must not use Green Expectations, LLC in a manner that would infringe, violate, dilute or misappropriate any such rights, with respect to any material, which you access or receive through the Green Expectations, LLC website.

Lawful Purpose

Green Expectations, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Customers may only use Green Expectations, LLC website for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets.

Green Expectations, LLC is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement, where the delay or failure results from any act of God (fire, flood, tornado, earthquake etc.) or other cause beyond its reasonable control (including, any mechanical, electronic, communications or third-party supplier failure).

Indemnification

CUSTOMER AGREES THAT IT SHALL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD GREEN EXPECTATIONS, LLC HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL DEMANDS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, COSTS AND CLAIMS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES ASSERTED AGAINST GREEN EXPECTATIONS, LLC, ITS SUBSCRIBERS, OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES, THAT MAY ARISE OR RESULT FROM ANY SERVICE PROVIDED OR PERFORMED OR AGREED TO BE PERFORMED OR ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY SUBSCRIBER, IT'S EMPLOYEES OR ASSIGNS. SUBSCRIBER AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS GREEN EXPECTATIONS, LLC AGAINST LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF; (1) ANY INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY CAUSED BY ANY PRODUCTS SOLD OR OTHERWISE DISTRIBUTED IN CONNECTION WITH GREEN EXPECTATIONS, LLC'S WEBSITE; (2) ANY MATERIAL SUPPLIED BY SUBSCRIBER INFRINGING OR ALLEGEDLY INFRINGING ON THE PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY; (3) COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT AND (4) ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS SOLD TO SUBSCRIBER FROM GREEN EXPECTATIONS, LLC'S WEBSITE.

GREEN EXPECTATIONS, LLC WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES YOUR BUSINESS MAY SUFFER. GREEN EXPECTATIONS, LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED FOR SERVICES WE PROVIDE. GREEN EXPECTATIONS, LLC DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM DELAYS, NON-DELIVERIES, WRONG DELIVERY, AND ANY AND ALL SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS CAUSED BY GREEN EXPECTATIONS, LLC AND ITS EMPLOYEES. GREEN EXPECTATIONS, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVISE ITS POLICIES AT ANY TIME.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW ANY TERM OR CONDITION WILL BE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE SUBSCRIPTION DEACTIVATION.
